Resurrect the Magdalene Tower:

Break the Good Girl Codes & Unearth Your Full Aliveness

What if the life you’ve built… isn’t the one your soul came here to live?

You followed the rules. You were good, responsible, selfless.
But something inside you is still waiting.

In Resurrect the Magdalene Tower, Madeleine Eames, MSW guides you to break free from the hidden Good Girl Codes—the patterns of people-pleasing, perfectionism, and self-abandonment that keep you small—and reclaim your voice, power, and truth.

Through personal story and spiritual insight, this book is an invitation to:

Release unconscious patterns shaping your life

Heal wounds of silence, shame, and self-betrayal

Reclaim your desires and inner authority

Awaken your feminine power and aliveness

This is more than a book—it’s an initiation into the woman you were meant to be.

You are not here to stay hidden.
You are here to rise.

The Tower is not falling. It is being resurrected—within you.

about the author

Madeleine Eames

Hi, I’m Madeleine—therapist, writer, guide, and voice for women who are ready to break free from the roles they were taught to play and return to the truth of who they are.

My work lives at the intersection of feminine empowerment, trauma healing, and spiritual awakening. Through my own journey of unraveling the “good girl” conditioning that kept me small, I discovered what it means to reclaim my voice, my body, and my inner authority—and now I help other women do the same.

I believe your life is not meant to be managed or perfected, but fully lived, expressed, and embodied. This work is about remembering who you were before the world told you who to be—and having the courage to rise as her.

You don’t have to become someone new—you only have to return to who you’ve always been.

People are saying...

“Madeleine has pointed out something powerful that is often missed in women’s health: the connection between health conditions and social conditioning, as seen through the left-out gospel of Mary Magdalene. Invigorating and inspiring, there will be a mass uprising of embodied, pleasure-filled, empowered women after reading this book. It’s clear, fun and easy to read which makes it that much more magical and powerful- thank you Madeleine (and Magdalene) for illuminating a path to a fulfilled life and breaking the curse of the patriarchy.”

—Juliet Aujla-Fieldt, MSW, Somatic Psychotherapist, Founder Wild Vitality

“There is something in this work that feels touched by the Magdalene current, an invitation to step out of compliance and into a deeper, more truthful aliveness. Shaped in part by her time at Les Contes, the white lions and the initiatory tendencies of this sacred region, the book carries both tenderness and quiet strength. It will resonate with those ready to live beyond the confines of who they were taught to be.”

—Anaiya Sophia, Author of Sacred Sexual Union, Fierce Feminine Rising and Mary Magdalene’s Sacred Journey Through France

“Resurrect the Tower is an invitation to move beyond insight alone and into embodied awareness and begin noticing how deeply patterns of self-silencing, self- abandonment, and adaptation can live in the body. This work supports a return to presence, authenticity, and a more grounded sense of self through lived experience and reflection, and deepening the invitation to return to embodied truth in everyday life.”
